Session Outline:

1. Regather, greet
2. Practice Centering Prayer
3. Scripture Study: Matthew 5:1-12. (Use the New Revised Standard Version) As an option, you can use a form of Group Lectio Divina to study the Scripture. Directions are below.
   1. What image or phrases caught your attention?
   2. What was most puzzling?
   3. What would you like to learn more about?
   4. What really spoke to your heart?
4. View video for Session 22
5. Read “The Beatitudes Part 1: Getting Dessert First” and discuss using the discussion questions provided.
6. Close in prayer.
